Privacy Policy
SPIDER20 (the “App”) is operated by GROVEN in the Republic of Korea. This policy applies to the iOS and Android versions of the App and explains how information is handled when you use it.
1. Information handled by the App
The App stores workout records, timer choices, reminder settings, sound and vibration preferences, and PRO entitlement status locally on your device. The App does not require an account and GROVEN does not operate a first-party server for workout records.
Eligible local information may be included in operating-system backup or device-transfer functions, depending on your device and platform settings. On Android, the locally cached PRO entitlement is excluded from backup and is restored through Google Play purchase verification. On Apple platforms, purchase restoration is handled through the App Store.
2. Advertising for Android FREE users
The Android FREE version uses the Google Mobile Ads SDK. According to Google, the SDK may automatically collect and share IP address, user product interactions, diagnostic information, and device or account identifiers for advertising, analytics, and fraud-prevention purposes. Data is encrypted in transit. Where required, advertising consent and privacy choices are requested through Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP).

3. SPIDER20 PRO purchases
PRO purchases are processed by the applicable platform store: the Apple App Store on iOS and Google Play on Android. The App receives the purchase or entitlement status needed to unlock or restore PRO and may store a local entitlement indicator. GROVEN does not receive or store your payment card details.
4. Notifications and music apps
If you enable workout reminders, the App stores the selected time and days on your device and schedules local notifications. The App can open a music app you select. SPIDER20 does not receive your music history or music-account credentials.
5. Retention and deletion
Local workout information remains until you delete records in the App, clear the App’s data where the platform permits, or uninstall the App, subject to operating-system backup and restore behavior. PRO users can manage and delete saved workout records. Data handled by Google Mobile Ads, Google Play, or the Apple App Store is retained under the relevant provider’s policies and, where applicable, your privacy choices.
6. Children
The App is intended for adults aged 18 and older and is not directed to anyone under 18. If the App’s selected target audience is later expanded to include minors, this policy and the advertising configuration will be revised before that change is released.
7. Security and international processing
We use platform security controls and limit first-party storage to the functions described above. Third-party platform or advertising services may process information in countries other than your own under their respective policies.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when App features, service providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be updated when a revised policy is published.

개인정보처리방침
SPIDER20(이하 “앱”)은 대한민국의 그로븐이 운영합니다. 본 방침은 앱의 iOS 및 Android 버전에 모두 적용되며, 앱 이용 과정에서 정보가 어떻게 처리되는지 설명합니다.
1. 앱에서 처리하는 정보
앱은 운동기록, 타이머 선택값, 운동 알림 설정, 소리·진동 설정 및 PRO 이용권 상태를 이용자의 기기에 저장합니다. 앱은 회원가입을 요구하지 않으며 그로븐은 운동기록을 위한 자체 서버를 운영하지 않습니다.
기기 및 플랫폼 설정에 따라 일부 로컬 정보가 운영체제의 백업 또는 기기 이전 기능에 포함될 수 있습니다. Android에서는 기기에 임시 저장된 PRO 이용권 상태를 백업에서 제외하며 Google Play 구매 확인을 통해 복원합니다. Apple 플랫폼에서는 App Store를 통해 구매를 복원합니다.
2. Android 무료 이용자의 광고
Android 무료 버전은 Google Mobile Ads SDK를 사용합니다. Google의 안내에 따르면 이 SDK는 광고 제공, 분석 및 부정행위 방지를 위해 IP 주소, 앱 이용 상호작용, 진단정보, 기기 또는 계정 식별자를 자동으로 수집·공유할 수 있으며 전송 중 암호화합니다. 필요한 지역에서는 Google User Messaging Platform(UMP)을 통해 광고 동의와 개인정보 선택 기능을 제공합니다.

3. SPIDER20 PRO 구매
PRO 구매는 해당 플랫폼의 스토어가 처리합니다. iOS에서는 Apple App Store, Android에서는 Google Play가 처리합니다. 앱은 PRO 잠금 해제 또는 복원에 필요한 구매·이용권 상태를 확인하고 기기에 이용권 상태를 저장할 수 있습니다. 그로븐은 이용자의 결제카드 정보를 받거나 저장하지 않습니다.
4. 알림 및 음악 앱
운동 알림을 켜면 선택한 시간과 요일을 기기에 저장하고 로컬 알림을 예약합니다. 앱은 사용자가 선택한 음악 앱을 실행할 수 있으나 SPIDER20은 음악 이용기록이나 음악 계정의 인증정보를 받지 않습니다.
5. 보관 및 삭제
로컬 운동정보는 앱에서 기록을 삭제하거나, 플랫폼에서 허용하는 방식으로 앱 데이터를 지우거나, 앱을 삭제할 때까지 보관되며 운영체제의 백업·복원 설정에 영향을 받을 수 있습니다. PRO 이용자는 저장된 운동기록을 관리하고 삭제할 수 있습니다. Google Mobile Ads, Google Play 또는 Apple App Store가 처리하는 정보의 보관은 각 서비스 제공자의 정책과 해당되는 경우 이용자의 개인정보 선택에 따릅니다.
6. 아동·청소년
앱의 이용 대상은 만 18세 이상 성인이며 만 18세 미만을 대상으로 하지 않습니다. 향후 앱의 대상 연령을 미성년자까지 확대하는 경우, 변경된 버전을 출시하기 전에 본 방침과 광고 설정을 함께 수정합니다.
7. 보안 및 국외 처리
앱은 플랫폼의 보안 기능을 사용하고 자체 저장 범위를 위 기능에 필요한 정보로 제한합니다. 제3자 플랫폼 또는 광고 서비스는 각자의 정책에 따라 이용자의 국가 외 지역에서 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다.
8. 방침의 변경
앱 기능, 서비스 제공자 또는 법적 요구사항이 바뀌면 본 방침을 변경할 수 있으며 개정 시 위 시행일을 갱신합니다.
